In-Home Parent Coaching

In-home parent coaching is an intensive, short-term service, which focuses on problem solving and building family strengths.

Issues most receptive to in-home coaching are behavior management for home and school, family member roles, parenting difficulties, and marital challenges regarding raising children.

In-Home Coaching May Include:

  • Co-creation of a family plan of action.
  • Facilitation of family meetings in which all conflicts, goals, needs and observations are discussed.
  • Observations of the family where they live, play, and work (e.g., home, school).
  • Follow-up visits and phone consultations.

In-home parent coaching is for families who are interested in family change, and can give a committment to the entire family being involved.

We do not assist families in an emergency crisis or who may be at risk for Social Service intervention. Families who need those services may call or email us for recommendations. 

  • Service fees are $150 per hour plus travel expenses.  After our first initial phone call a retainer amount will be agreed upon and must be received before the first in-home visit. 
  • Phone consultations are billed at the rate of $30 per fifteen minutes, and will be billed in advance of the appointed call.



Child-Focused Mediation

For parents who wish to best meet the needs of their children during the often difficult process of separation / divorce. We assist you with combining the structure and principles of mediation with thorough training and experience in parenting education.

This may include:

  • Assisting parents design plans for reducing child stress and for effective co-parenting during the separation and after the divorce.
  • Assisting parents with incorporating parenting concerns within their separation plans.
  • Offer attorneys a companion service for their clients in need of specialized assistance.
  • Provide follow-up in-home coaching (when requested) to each parent to help them implement their plan.
