We will conduct a thorough initial intake over the telephone to predetermine if and how we can help you and your student with the right solutions.  We will discuss in further detail our comprehensive approach to working with families individually, our varied fee structure, our payment plans (when needed) and our various range of services.

After the initial intake and acceptance of services, here are some of the items needed in order to get started:

  • Copies of any testing (educational, neuropsychological, psychoeducational, etc.) and other pertinent documentation
  • Release and Exchange of Information (signed and faxed)
  • Review and acceptance of HFS Counseling Professional Services Agreement (signed and faxed)
  • Initial Payment received via PayPal
  • Student Profile (new client forms)
  • Transcripts from all schools attended in recent years

Methods of Payment

Payment is due in full at the first evaluative meeting unless other previous arrangements have been made  We accept cash, check or credit card:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. When you choose to pay by credit card, we will e-mail you an invoice and you will make your credit card payment through an internet-based processing service - PayPal.

When you choose to pay by check, we ask that you send your check to us via overnight express and fax to us a copy of the signed check along with the routing number for the express delivery. Services will begin once payment is received.
